This is just us. We’re not some fancy, big corporation with oodles of money (that would be a lot of money!). We’re just people working hard to provide valuable information, largely through digital audio, video, text, pictures and sometimes live video presentations. So, taking a return isn’t exactly possible.
It is not like you get a bicycle, don’t like it, and then return the bicycle so the bike store can sell it to someone else. You would probably not purchase a book at the bookstore, go home, read it, and then bring it back for a refund. Hey, this is why they have libraries.
Having said that, we want everyone who purchases from us to be very happy. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Hey, we all know about the benefits of long-term business relationships. The customer has a ready source of continued valuable information from the supplier for many years. The supplier has a steady stream of income from that customer as long as the quality and relationship are excellent.
We are nice folks who want you to be happy with what you bought. If there is any problem or you are unhappy about your purchase, please let us know. Most reasonable people feel that if you’re not happy with something within, say, 30 days, you’ll let us know. We make it a point to respond very well when folks are polite, reasonable and have some genuine concerns.
Bottom line, we want you to be very happy —- delighted —- with your purchase. Any questions or comments are most welcome.
