Watch this video about the Diamond-X Bluetooth Headset from iVoice. It has some very nice features, including the text-to-speech ability to tell you audibly who is calling if they are stored on your address book.

This short (less than 2:30) video will help you if you’re considering a Bluetooth device. This is a very good one to have. I recommend it.
