I like that you can browse profiles of the candidates, this is a unique feature. They need to make sure all the candidates fill out all the info though. Some of the ones I am seeing have not completed all the fields.
Novel concept. As a specialist recruitment ad writer, this is something I need to know about. I’ll tweet this interview if the site looks good. Just one question: where did Rafael get his wallpaper?! Those wild, changing colours were out of this world, man!
