I love being out in nature.
I have found it strange and delightfully wonderful at the same time that nature can be an energizer to pick you up when you’re feeling down.
Nature also can be what relaxes you when you need it most in that stress is seemingly overcoming you.
Think about this when you’re in one of THOSE days.
Take some time to relax, meditate, pray, be quiet, reflect, or whatever is appropriate for you to re-energize and tap into that core essence of who you are.
