Sometimes life can be hard. People can sometimes put you down and you are completely innocent. They’ll attack you and try to hurt you. Sorry but it works that way on this planet.
However, you have an advantage and by putting these 5 steps into motion, you can overcome any put 
down and not let the bad folks get you down. These steps are tried and true from centuries of human experience. 
Instead of feeling bad, use these proven strategies to have the skills and the motivation to overcome whatever “they” will throw at you.
You can’t stop other people from doing bad things to you. However you can always control your reaction. You can decide what strategies you will deploy to help you overcome whatever might happen in life. This gives you a strong advantage no matter what happens.
By using these ideas in the strategies you will be able to get ahead and do what is right and best for you. Plus it will be fine and not be illegal! This is a good thing!
