Business-Building Action from Terry Brock
This is a new post that I am particular you proud to share with you. I got the idea while listening to a podcast called Smart Passive Income with Pat Flynn. Pat was interviewing the well-known copywriter, Ray Edwards, in a recent episode.
Ray talked about a great book that is rich with ideas for advertising and marketing. It is an older book that was written in the 1960s, but still has a lot of impact for us today. That book is called Breakthrough Advertising by Eugene M Schwartz. I have that book and went back to review it.
A lot of the concepts I talk about in my presentations as a marketing speaker are based in Relationship Marketing. The concepts of Relationship Marketing are firmly anchored in many of the ideas from these books and can help you increase revenue. Watch the video as you benefit from some of the passages I read to you. Think of this short video (less than 11 minutes) as a quick training for you and your staff today to learn about what works in advertising, marketing and Relationship Marketing.
You get to benefit from this as I share not only ideas from that book, but from five other gems on advertising and marketing that not everyone is reading today. These are great books that were written a while back and still contain wonderful treasures of information to help you in your business today.
Pay particular attention to the great ideas I share from three (3!!) books by my friend and hero, Ted Nicholas. Ted has worked with companies to generate over $6 Billion (yes, Billion!) in sales. His ideas are incredibly powerful today as they were before.
