Being able to communicate successfully and persuasively are keys to your success in your career and your life. The more you can master how to deal with difficult people in overcome difficult communication scenarios the better off you will be.
Recently I read it a great book entitled, How to be a Super Communicator for Liberty, by Jimmy and Sharon Harris. In this infinitely practical book, They share ideas on how to communicate in difficult situations and to be more persuasive when you need to be. She knows how to communicate, Even in difficult situations.
