When you turn off Dr. Phillips Blvd to Hinson St. you’ll proceed forward and the road will veer slightly to the left. Bayview Reserve is on the right through the gates. Call Security at 407-351-0440 and let them know you are here to see Terry & Gina in 15C.
As you come through the gates swing to the right and head all the way back towards the tennis courts.
You’ll see a parking lot on your left. If you’re driving and need to park, that is the place.
If you’re going to park, use the parking lot with the flag fliying. You’ll see stair leading up to security where you can sign up and then get on the elevator to 15th floor (PH).
If you are brought by someone else who will drop you off (Uber, Lyft, someone else), pass the parking lot on your left (two entrances and don’t take either one), the road will curve to the left.
Get in the left lane and head up the ramp. You can ask your driver to drop you off under the Marque. Come on in and have security sign you in. You can then get on the elevator and come up to Suite 15C (Penthouse).
