Social media is really about connecting with people.I’m particularly interested in this as I have written a book on relationship marketing and feel that business is really about establishing, building, and maintaining quality, mutually-beneficial relationships.
One of my heroes in the world of networking and building relationships is best-selling author Susan RoAne. She literally has a trademark on the phrase “working the room.”She’s written several books on this and it is a speaker and author in demand.
