Now listening to Stephanie Sammons talking about LinkedIn Marketing.
- Building Online Influence Builds Business Success
Increasingly, your LinkedIn presence is your business professional image.

- * Participate with a purpose: News, insights, connections, networking, sharing

- * Trusted network
Your Business + LinkedIn = $$ (time is money)
Value of LInkedIn is Relationship Marketing
* More visibility with and beyond your 1st degree network (vs. Twitter & facebook)
* More in-depth experiences
* Easier to be memorable
* 20 great relationship advocates for your business or 2000 Twitter followers?
* Currently, less competition but changing fast.
- Cardmunch – app to grab business card info and it pulls contact info into LinkedIn. Then invitation to connect will be sent.
Stephanie recommends that you build your own LinkedIn group and require everyone to apply to be a member. That helps to eliminate about 90% of the spam.
In your group, don’t pitch your products & services. If you’re a thought leader and have good content and materials, people will naturally be drawn to you and want to do business with you.
Stephanie recommends LinkedIn Ads. Use different image but use same words and test your ads. Make ads point to company page. This can also provide eBook, White Paper or other download.
