Terry Brock [00:00:00]:

One of the great things about today is the AI that we have that is churning out all kinds of good opportunities for us, particularly those of us who are content creators, content entrepreneurs. We’re making our living by creating content that people want, kind of like I’m doing right now, and you are doing as well. And there’s ways that we can do it. And I got a tool I want to show you that is going to blow you away. It is a tool that’s going to give you the ability to pilot the web in a way that you haven’t done before. And it’s called webpilot. Hi, I’m Terry Brock and we’re going to be talking about that here at Stark Raving Entrepreneurs, because our motto is live and let live. Let you do whatever you want to do.

Terry Brock [00:00:34]:

Don’t harm others, don’t take their stuff, don’t hurt them. We call it the non aggression principle nap. So you live your life that way without harming others. And with tools like Webpilot, you’re going to be able to do it even better. Matter of fact, when you take a look at this new tool and you can access it in a few different ways, not just one way, but there’s going to be a couple that you can use to do that. Let’s bounce over to their website and take a look at what they’ve got here at Webpilot. You can see that and you see it’s available right here on Chrome Edge and Chat GPT. So you get all of that available and it gives you a lot of capability.

Terry Brock [00:01:10]:

You see, it is one of the most popular chat GPT plugins. When you think about that, that is saying a lot. But it’s because of the versatility that this has and what it can do for you that is really pretty amazing. And by the way, to install that, what you do is you can see, you can go over to the website here, you make sure that you get that on Chat GPT if you want to use it as a chat GPT plugin. And you install it here in the plugins capability so you can look at it that way and it gives you a lot of nice capabilities. And here’s something really nice. Look at that down there. Open source extension.

Terry Brock [00:01:43]:

That’s what you want. This is a free tool that you can get, which is very nice. It’s a browser extension, is free. That browser you can put in there, whatever. Now, you do need to pay the $20, which is the free for Chat GPT if you’re going to put it in as a plugin. So you take your choice, you can do it. I like to do it both ways and can use that way. It’s a copilot for the web that allows you to have free form conversations with web pages or engage in automatic arguments with other users.

Terry Brock [00:02:12]:

Hey, that’s kind of nice. You can go back and forth with it. Unlike Chat GPT, there is no need to chat or switch pages and no need to constantly copy and paste back and forth, as they say. Super easy to use, free and open source and two times faster. So it’s kind of nice on that. And I think there’s some real capabilities with that. So I would encourage you to take a look at what it can do and the kind of capabilities that it has and what it does. Now, if we take a look, another area I want to see what it does is go over to Perplexity.

Terry Brock [00:02:40]:

And Perplexity, which I like to use in conjunction with Chat GPT, gave us some additional ideas. Let me get out of the way here a little bit as I do this on video. Those of you listening to this on audio wonder, what is he doing? Well, on the video, we’re moving it around a little bit here and you see I’ve got some capabilities. You can use it in several ways to create high quality content for business. Here are some examples. You can extract pertinent information. It can extract relevant information such as, well, popular travel destinations, attractions, cost estimates, and the best time to visit these websites. Now you think about that, that gives you a lot of ability.

Terry Brock [00:03:14]:

When you’re programming a trip, you’re planning for that trip, you need to get all of these elements together. You can use webpilot and it will give you some capability to do that, which is really nice. And you look at the capabilities that it has, it gives you the ability to not only do that, but look at this. It can generate articles. It allows users to generate articles based on one or more URLs, opening up a realm of possibilities for content creation and SEO optimization. So that means you can do the research that you need to do. Get more than one source to say, they talked about this here, but over here it had this. And then you can compile them together with webpilot.

Terry Brock [00:03:55]:

That is where it really starts sparkling and shining and giving you a lot of capability. I love this. Right here you can summarize web pages. Webpilot can produce a brief summary of the page’s content along with three thought provoking questions or insights, which is ideal for editors and content creators. So that way you’re getting a lot of good information in several different areas. You’re finding out, okay, here’s what was happening, here’s what’s available, and you can start doing that. Now. If you’re using interaction, this is even better because then it gives you the ability to ask smart Q and A.

Terry Brock [00:04:27]:

Users can ask questions about the web page they’re visiting, and webpilot will provide answers based on the page’s contents. So you can take that content and get different ideas and make it highly interactive. I know as a professional speaker, we know that our audiences today don’t want to just sit back and hear the sage on the stage talking all the time. They want interaction and a tool like Webpilot is going to give you the ability to get a lot more interaction in a lot more ways. I like the way that it says it here. It says overall that Webpilot is a powerful tool that can help content entrepreneurs create high quality content for their business. It can extract pertinent information, generate articles, summarize web pages, and provide smart Q A. That’s just some of what it can do.

Terry Brock [00:05:17]:

And this is a really good program. You definitely want to look into it. Content creator to content creator. You want to take a look at this and see what it has for you and what it can do. I really have enjoyed doing the research for this article that I’ve been putting together for you. I found a couple of places that were good. One here is from a lady named Lori Balmer ballin. B-A-L-L-E-N lori Balin.

Terry Brock [00:05:40]:

Laurie, if you catch us anytime in the future, thank you very much for what you put out there. She put some key takeaways here, which I think is really nice. It is versatile. Webpilot is versatile. This tool is more than just a one trick pony. From analyzing web page PDFs to generating unique articles, it caters to a wide range of content requirements. That’s really nice, giving you the ability to get a lot done. You find out what’s out there and then you can go back and start writing our articles based on that.

Terry Brock [00:06:09]:

And of course, we know, I’ve said it many times on this channel. When you get something from Chat, GPT or Perplexity or other tools out there like Magic Write or whatever, don’t take the initial input as your final. Instead, use that as one of the many inputs. Use your voice in it. Get three, four, five multiple sources from PDFs, from web pages, et cetera. You’re going to create better quality content like that all the way around. I’ve said that for a long time. You want to do that so you get the optimal capabilities and benefits for others and so that it’s got more than just one way of looking at things when you’re doing it.

Terry Brock [00:06:48]:

Also, it says the tool saves time. No longer do you need to read lengthy articles or books to gather information. This can distill the information for you. Woe Nelly that is one of the best parts of it. It takes a bunch of information, squeezes it down to just the basics that you want and then you could take two or three different articles, put them together and get a condensation of those and ask it where there’s some duplication and where you can use that really, really handy for it in many, many different ways there. And then also it helps generate unique content. Webpilot offers a new way to create unique content from pre existing articles to those who manage personal brands and online platforms. That is pretty amazing when you get down to it and you’ll use the plugin that’s in Chat GPT, I’m not going over that right now so much because we’ve covered that in other places and covered that other times.

Terry Brock [00:07:41]:

And there’s a lot of good videos out on the web that show you how to do that. But mainly you need to get as a plugin if you’re going to use it that way. Or you can go over and use it as the Chrome extension, both in Chrome and over in Edge. Both of them will work very nicely, give you some capabilities and some good tools for that in many different ways. But now let’s go over to Chat GPT itself. And on Chat GPT, you see what it has to say about how this works and what you can do with it. On Chat GPT, it tells you you can research and you can get analytics, which I live. I like that a lot.

Terry Brock [00:08:14]:

You can get SEO updates because it can provide the real time updates on SEO changes and give you some best practices. That’s nice that you’re getting best practices, finding out what others are doing and how it can be used. You’re also going to get audience insights so that you can find out about that. I won’t go through all the details of all this, but that’s real handy to find out what your audiences are looking for and content inspiration, boy, there’s a big one. We need that because we are constantly looking at how do we get inspired and start thinking about this said this, this, said that. Let me put my own juice into it and make it really nice. You can look at competitor analysis. You can look at technical tutorials.

Terry Brock [00:08:57]:

I like that. You can create those for adapting to new technologies. Webpilot could source tutorials and guides. Okay, hey, entrepreneur buddies of mine. This is something you want to look into because what you can do with this is you can then find a new trend, something that’s going on out there. Create the tutorials that are going to help your clients, help their people, their employees, their stakeholders on how to use this new trend and learn how to do it. Creating tutorials that it can ask the right questions, give them training on that. You will be the hero.

Terry Brock [00:09:29]:

And really, when you get down to it, isn’t that what entrepreneurs is all about? You want to be the hero for your customer, for your client. You’re helping them in many different ways. Monetization opportunities. Hey, it got my attention there. It can track and suggest new monetization methods or patterns. Content optimizations and you can look at piracy monitoring and global audience understanding by accessing different data. Accessing data from around the world. Webpilot could give insights into global trends and preferences.

Terry Brock [00:09:59]:

Aiding in content tailoring being able to let you do the kind of things you need to do in a big way so that you can get the answers you want. Oh, and by the way, here’s another good one that’s real handy. That article that I was just reading from when I was showing you before, this gives you a lot of good data, a lot of good information. But I did another little trick that you could do with this. And what I did below here is I went into it and I said, okay, remember, show me the predictions. And I said, give the above ten points, this will be me, the above. Give me the above ten points of how Web pilot can overcome these challenges and give it to me in Spanish. That’s the actual prompt I put in there.

Terry Brock [00:10:40]:

You use that. Now, for those of you that speak Spanish, I think you’re going to find this interesting. Here’s what it does. It gives me the ability to see that and be able to see it real easily here. Now, my Spanish is very poor, but if you speak Spanish, you can look at that and if you don’t speak Spanish, you can look at it and go, hey, that’s pretty good. It gives you some real good information there that you can then take that in Spanish and give it to other people. And by the way, even though I don’t speak Spanish fluently, what I do is I’m studying it right now, I’m learning it and got a long, long way to go. But what I did is I took that output that came in from working with Webpilot.

Terry Brock [00:11:15]:

And then what I did is I went over to Google Translate and going to Google Translate, I put in the Spanish here on the left column and in the right column had it translated back into English. I speak English well. So then I could find out, is that giving me a reasonably accurate translation in Spanish? I just opened up a world of possibilities for you as a content entrepreneurs, as someone who is making money and doing your business because of what’s available through these new technologies. You can do that. And by the way, would it do it in Spanish and other languages too? French, Mandarin, Russian, I’m thinking it can in a lot of areas experiment and try it. This is a game changer. This is something you’re going to be able to use in some profound ways. Now let me show you another way you can use this.

Terry Brock [00:12:07]:

This is going to help a lot, okay? Content creator to content creator. This one is going to help you a lot. I was doing some search to find out about AI and some articles that I write and things like that. And I found an article over here in the Harvard Business Review, how Generative AI is Changing Creative Work. A really, really good article that was written there by, let’s see, Thomas Davenport and Nitin Mitral I think I might not be pronouncing nitin metal on that, but anyway, it was back in November 2022. Great article with good ideas. And here’s the summary and here’s the article. Rather long article, some real good detail here.

Terry Brock [00:12:42]:

Very comprehensive, lot of good information. And so you’ve been here before you go, okay, there’s a lot of good things there. Well, what I did then is I took that and I went over to Chat GPT. I take that. And then I said, okay, let me take this and see what it is. And I took this article right here and I said, all right, let’s take a look at it here. Here’s the article. I said I wanted to use Web pilot, give me a Web page where I get an extension, comprehensive, et cetera, et cetera.

Terry Brock [00:13:08]:

And I told it, put the URL in there, it gave me this information, and then it showed me a ten point summary of this generatives AI, impact the Content generation, predictive analysis, et cetera, et cetera. All of these given to me very easily. And then right here, it gave me the two tools with a reference so I can just click on that and I’ll be able to go right to that URL and then look at this. Five questions to explore further considerations so I can look at that. And this gives me the ability to go even farther as an instructor, as a professional speaker. I got questions now that I could ask an audience after we’ve covered that, to explore further discussion, to hear from them, to find out what they’re looking for. I got to tell you, this is a gold mine of information and the way that you’re going to be able to use this and the kind of things it can do for you, we’re looking at something that really is yet another. Here’s that phrase again, game changer.

Terry Brock [00:14:02]:
